I am missing something about the smoldering ashes and the Season Blessings. I just hit level 66 today. Before lv 66 when I opened the season blessings page it stated that Character level 66 required. So I thought I would finally get my first smoldering ash reward.
But no.
Now that I hit level 66 the requirement has gone up to “Character level 71 required”

Am I missing something? Is the character level going to continue to get higher with no smoldering ashes rewards?
How is everyone else getting smoldering ashes?

Hmm, you get more at specific levels. You sure you didn’t look at 2nd SA reward? 
Yeah i’m positive I have the season blessings window open showing all of the Urns.
I have yet to receive my first smoldering ash.
Even when hitting lv 66 and coming straight to this page nothing was available it still says 0 ashes available and all of the urn levels are still at 0%.
Did you scroll back in the rewards and look for the previous level ashes? They’re spread throughout with different level thresholds. Also make sure to go back and click them, they won’t auto unlock.

You need to claim the Smoldering Ashes in the Battle Pass, same as you need to claim any other reward. After claiming them they will show up in that page and you can spend them.
I think first is possible to claim at lvl 50.

Use the left arrow on your battle pass UI and scroll back to the ashes you get at LV 40, 53, 56, and 62. You can claim those. It just looks like you have higher and higher requirements because you’re going through your battle pass tiers faster than you can claim the free track rewards.

Ok now I’ve figured this out thanks to Vidar, TheTias, and Wintality’s replies. I now have 5 ashes available.
