Smoldering ashes GONE

Hi,

So I got to level 40 something and got 1 Smoldering ashes from the pass and collected it but did not use it at the time, later when I opened the tab it was gone???
Please help,

(how many bugs does this game have…)

I’ve got exactly the same problem:

  1. I have the Premium Battle Pass
  2. I claimed Smoldering Ash @ lvl 40
  3. I didn’t use it because I wasn’t sure which option to pick
  4. I revisit the U → Blessings, and it says I have 0 Smoldering Ashes, and 0 blessings

Same problem here, claimed the Ash and a couple other rewards I’d let pile up, didn’t know what to pick so I backed out, and when I went back it said I had 0 Ash and no levels in any blessings
