The Smiting aspect tool tip clearly states crowd control duration (x) but when tested with challenging shout, it is actually working as additive (+). The stats & materials tool tip also calculates the crowd control duration bonus additively when equipping smiting aspect.
The Smiting aspect should be fixed to multiplicative (x)
