As far as I know, Rob was taking ideas from him and other Chinese players. His last Barb build was called “China Barb”.

They came from idolising and copying Rob’s build to become Rob copying their build and play style, it’s funny.
Their Chinese version of Maxroll has tonnes of Rob’s build before someone found that WW/Hota play style.

I am not a fan of Rob because of all the exploits, glitches and just going meta all the way, if not most of the time.
I still check him from time to time to see what the latest exploits are. Personally I don’t think he is a bad person (my opinion). I just don’t like his style of how he plays the game, but just because I don’t like someone, doesn’t mean I hate them.

I have not heard of that one, but if you are getting an overpower that often, then sure, it is a huge boost. The last thing I heard of was this “snapshotting” thing where you can use higher afix speed boosts from bad gear, then switch to your good gear and keep the higher speed.

That’s not an exploit that’s just playing the game on razor’s edge like any pro would do. Understanding frame rates / animation cancels is just learning how to play better.
