Adepts Tuning Prism - Used to target skill affixes
Was this disabled? I have seen videos where people have only a skill roll and they can reroll the kill affix with the prism, but when I try it says no affixes available. The prism only works on main stat from what I can see. Or are skills mods not tagged as skills? Hard to know when you can’t see the tags of the mods. A few other that I can’t exactly remember that should either be resource or utility maybe don’t appear to have any tags.

Doesn’t work on this item that has +valor skills on it. Says it isn’t a mod that qualifies. Tried on various skills on neck and boots.
I’ve frequently come across this issue where the adept tuning prisms cannot be used to target a Skill Affix and I’ve been left with bricked items because I blocked a GA affix with enchant and can no longer reroll the skill affix that was put on at random. I hope blizzard introduces a fix for this as I doubt this is working as intended. A skill affix should be considered a skill affix and should be targeted as such by the adept tuning prism or it’s basically a useless item since you are forced to reroll core stats with aggressive tuning prisms anyways.
Not working when trying to reroll on skills or core stats at all. It is completely broken. Only works when trying to add… sometimes.
So what’s a good way of craft + Skills on a Amulet?
Enchant + Skills on it first and pray we hit 3 of the correct Dmg Affixes?
I always save my enchants till last JIC they get broken.
