Yeah, sucks. I just fooled arounds with SPirit Feathers since I know what they are. I am trying Harmony+Wushe with The Seeker. The Seeker becomes a Focus skill for Recalling and with 30+ charges it should be great for spamming alot of Spirit Feathers.

Glad I’m not the only one disappointed by this. Everywhere else I’ve expressed this I’ve been shouted down and told to wait until the streamers embargo lifts on the 4th.
I was actually quite looking forward to the opportunity to work things out for myself without endless torrents of:
“New BROKEN touch of death build - #1 PIT CLEAR!!!”
“OP mystic circle build is the new lightning spear!”

People aren’t ready for scorn of the earth + aspect of turbulence + accelerated thunderspike. 2-3 focus skills and 4 eagle skills per evade, and all dem sweets feathers

tbh the feather presentation looked extremely trash to me 
Looked more like the other skills did the heavy lifting and feathers were some small bonus(like crackling energy)
But who knows how strong it really is, im not convinced of eagle hall even after these changes, second spirit hall bonus was still hot garbage.
I like the skills but the hall nah.

Yeah tbh, when I saw that the feather recall aspect just drags them a little closer to you and doesn’t absorb the feathers entirely, my heart sank a little. Still, anything with a multiplicative damage scaler as an offensive tempering affix is going to be worth taking seriously (feather potency).
yeah sadly true, flat dmg aspects tend to outperform skills, and i bet SB is no different here.

Yes, i am sus on flat damage given the devs history but they made Rogue Arrow Storms great and Rogue Grenades okayish. So there is a chance i will either like spamming 10 feathers long term or will have fun using it as a leveling tool until i get better gear. Its not that hard to just remove the feather stuff and slot in another aspect, at least for Seeker spam builds.
May also be decent in a Hunter build if using Harmoney and Wushe as you just need Empowered Feather for the cooldown utility.
Pestilent Swarm fixed damage shuld be pretty good as well, at least the ones derived from Stinger.
