We really need a search bar for the Skill Tree. Multiple times I’ve been granted +1 skill for abilities I didn’t recognize. Finding this new ability to read about it in the skill tree is tedious as there is no way to search for Ability Names in the UI.
The keyword search is not really that useful. If I want to see nodes related to “Creating Corpses”, or “Consuming Corpses”, I have no option to do so, only a general “Corpse” keyword.
Example: Item affix; +1 Rank of Blight (Necromancer Only). I wanted to check if this new ability synergized with my build, so I opened the skill tree and had to mouse over tooltips until I found Blight. I have tested out this ability for a few seconds but I didn’t remember the name or placement within the skill tree. As we get access to more abilities this problem likely gets worse.
Solution: Adding a search bar to the Skill Tree allows us to quickly look up new granted Skills or find nodes with keywords that are not in the Keyword Search.
