I am having difficulty on the skill tree lunging strike is assigned on my controller as X but above the symbol on my pole arm it is REND and I do not have that ability.
The skill is properly assigned but REND is still there and I am unable to use my pole arm at all, the controller makes me use a mace for X and my lunge command.
please assist
Pole arm is a major part of my build and not being able to use it prior to the update is alarming. (ie: weapon swapping, GLYPH bonuses, weapon of choice, etc.)
I attempted to reassign the controller key functions, replaced weapons in the Pole Arm Slot (Two Handed Sword), even put skill into the REND to see if that would allow it to operate correctly then changed everything back to my previous working positions and still not corrected. Software updated the PS4 and still nothing.
Fool Harty - I reported this issue to support in the hopes that it was a simple fix and I could go on about my business but “NO”.
I was praised for how great I am and my accomplishments then sent to the forums.
The first link here would not allow me access then the second brought me here.
With all of the money that I have invested certainly you would think that once I contacted support they would be able to assist me. Again “NO”.
Are they expecting a fellow player to assist resolving this obvious software issue?
The new season will be here on May 14, 2924 and will this be resolved?
Will I be at a disadvantage and have to play without my full deserved abilities?
I am not asking for compensation or a fake “You are doing surprisingly well”
I have over looked all of the other issues and put it down to growing pains and launching prematurely, I get it but to deny me the opportunity to perform well in an upcoming event is uncalled for.
I allow access to my account to correct the issue and let me play.
I am 60 years old and way above the curve and crushing in this game so help me to play.
