Skill Selection and Skill Assignment Resetting w/ No User Input

Hey, I have had multiple issues with skill selections and assignments over the last weeks.

  • (on XBOX) First I noticed that the skill (Blood surge) that I had assigned to RB would randomly not be assigned to RB w/ RB not having any skill assign to it. I would have to go in and reassign it to RB.
    -(on PC [Steam Deck]) Now, I was playing and went into my skill tree and noticed that all my skill selections appear to be have reassigned to a configuration I had days ago prior to be “refunding all” and reselecting a new set of skills. And all of my skill assignments are not set. For instance, I see that I have 4/5 on Iron Maiden and 4/5 on Blood Mist. I am 100% certain that I removed those skills via “refund all” days ago. My visual configuration (i.e., skills picked) is not what I had set 2-3 days ago.

what is the item contribution to those skills? do you have shako on giving 4 skills?

Thanks for the reply. Learn something new everyday. So my second issue appears to be user error. I still have (I think) seen the game un-assign a skill from my button assignments.
