Am I just unlucky or is it not possible to get the minions passive on amulets? Following Kripps summon build and he recommends that the passive is really important to get on the amulet, but I havent seen even a bad roll as of now. (currently just lvl 78)

If you’re talking about minion attack speed, amulets and shields are the only pieces that can get that affix.
If you’re talking about minion life, amulets can’t have that, chests, pants, focuses, rings and shields can.
If you’re talking about passive abilities rank affixes, then amulets are the only ones that can have them.

Im talking about the + levels of certain passive you can get on the amulet.
Im currently using a amulet with +3 to Ranks of the Hellbent Commander passive, but Im really looking for one with +3 to Skeleton Mage Mastery passive.
If its not on the list you linked are they not avaible then? That seems abit odd not giving us those passives to chase on an amulet etc
I dont think any mastery affixes are able to be rolled tbh. Im at 104 hours so far and havnt seen something like that. Maybe im just unlucky.

Kripp doesnt know how the game works. That passive isnt part of the affix pool to appear on amulets.

Yes it should drop, i get only one passiv for the Skeleton Warrios not this important one for the Skeleton Mage mastery.
All passiv skill points can be roled on Amuletts
Me too i only get the passiv for the skeleton Warriors, for the mages the passiv dont appear. Its a bug or just missing. So Kripps build is useles, but even on Calculator and other sides this passiv should appear to. At min Gear score 625. Maybe Deffs know more about it ?
Ya we did. We’ve datamined every affix that rolls on gear since the necromancer beta.
do you have any sources for gear affix lists by chance? I’ve been hunting down info like this, apparently not well i guess but maxroll and such seems to be missing even stuff as simple as aspects for some reason, can’t find any good comprehensive lists

Just choose the equipment slot and basic affixes and you can see everything that can roll on it.
I checked its missing, it cant be roled +[1 – 2] Ranks of the Hellbent Commander Passive only this can for skeleton warriors. Blizzard just forget to implement or who knows the reason.
Amulets can roll + (1-2) to Mastery Skills
It scales with item level and upgrades up to +3 i think.
But it doesn’t mention any specific skeleton or golem or likewise doesn’t mention any APRC mastery skills. It’s just always a generic + to Mastery Skills.
I just landed my first roll ever after 150+ hours so it’s Ultra rare. But it for exist and i got some great rolls on mine (+7.1% dmg also mega rare) (+6.0 Crit chance) and i roll what i want with the last stat.
