Why does something so rare and that can’t be traded drop with random stats?

What’s wrong with making the items so that you can pick the affixes of your choosing and everything rolls max?

I mean, seems like a big f*** you to the community or a troll move to make them that rare and then more often than not they will roll with garbage you don’t even need on them and an unmaxed aspect and none of it can be changed…

At least make them feel as important and as special as they are rare. Doesn’t hurt anyone to make them god tier items as the only people who will ever use them are the few who find them.

Calling tem with predefined values “unique” is ironic, isn´t it? Not that it´s any different with the ones present right now, just a thing to think about.

Your gripe is the “calling them unique” and being able to choose which stats you want is not actually “unique”? Were you dropped on your head as a child?
