I’ve defetaed Sinerat incursions multiple times in the past 2 weeks and the game hasn’t unlocked Sinerat’s boss power after completing the incursion.
I’ve tried:
- uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- using a different toon to unlock
- changing difficulty levels
- turning off cross play
- playing on a different console

All other boss powers are unlocked without issue
