since the update dropped i cant seem to stay alive. i had no problem before. what gives?
I’ve got same experience (for NM dungeons). Maybe they buffed the elites in NM dungeons? Or nerfed blocking aspects?

not sure, but i really have no defenses now. its annoying.
I’ve noticed I’m not getting fortify atm. Maybe I’m confused on how it works, but evey time my health drops to the fortify level, fortify drops to match the health. I could be at 99% fortify, take a hit that does half of my health, and not get the buff.
I noticed im getting 1 shot now. I dont see anything in the notes that changed this.
Fortify was bugged previously. The wording of fortify states you should not get the DR unless you have more fortify than health.
Before, you could have any amount of fortify and get the DR.
They may have fixed that bug.
The thing is, I’m losing fortify at the same rate im losing health with every hit, and I’m healing more than I’m fortifying. I can’t tell if I’m even getting up to 100% fortify, because i never get the ring that signifies the buff.
funny you making this thread , as i feel the same , gone from easily doing 30-33 nm dungeons to dying at the first sign of an elite 
im exaggerating but you kknow what im getting at …
i thought it was me just playing badly and not taking any notice but half a dozen dungeons and ive died mroe than i have in weeks

I play HC and haven’t noticed me dying any more than usual …
(and believe me I’d notice)
Now I’m wondering if I should be worried. 
correct. elites are just destroying me now. i cant find any info on what has changed.
Glad it’s not just me. I’ve gone from being fairly tanky in a ~30ish nightmare at lvl 72 to being one shot constantly.
Didn’t notice an issue last night at all on my main but I was only doing upper 30 low 40 NM dungeons.
I read on the druid forum that un-equipping and re-equipping all your gear fixes the issue - seems to have worked for me!
Hi, person who made the post on the Druid forums and a Reddit thread here! I made a post on the PC General forums with links to any relevant threads I could find for consolidating purposes.
So far a lot of people have confirmed that stripping all your gear off and re-equipping it seems to fix things, but I’m hoping we can get some more visibility so Blizzard looks into it. I need to make a post on the bug report forums still too.
If you re-equip your helmet 142 times it turns into a Shako- confirmed by a youtuber.

Yeah I saw this with my infinimist build. Before the patch I was easily fighting mobs 15-20 levels higher than myself. After the patch even con trash mobs 1 shot me. I ended up respec’ing into minion build since if I’m going to be gimp I may as well be gimp playing as I like instead of being forced into Blizzards bone wizard in a wheel chair mold.
I lost count… i think I did 140 then realized mistake and 4 times extra after…
Guess I accidently turned off uberdrops now on my acc.
