I can’t get the sigil craft/salv unlocked on my newest character . Normaly it shut give me an priorety quest to craft one at the occultist once i completed a nightmare dungeon in world tier 3 . i have now done at least 15 of them and the quest wil not pop up . the sections at the occultist to craft or salvbage stay locked … is there any new bug about this?
The quest is tied to the level of NM dungeon and not the world tier. You need to complete at least a level 3 NM dungeon for the quest to appear.
