I am sitting at 30/35 side quests for the new zone and cannot find the other 5. Are they locked behind torment level? (currently in Torment 2) or maybe in a dungeon? I want the mount you get upon completion. Any pointers would be appreciated.

it is currently bugged, (1 does not register once completed) once all done it will complete at 34/35 - go to youtude and search for side quests for nahantu, there is one that starts in a dungeon, no indication that it is a side quest tho, starts at a body lying on the ground near the start
there is another where u need to talk to some1 but again this does not show as a quest, as a side quest - all the details are on youtube
These 2 should clear your quests
No they are not I did 33 on T1 and the last 2 on T2. I needed to leave the area and come back to reset the last 4.
I am stuck at 32/35. Idk where the other quests are tried leaving and returning to area. Relog, different difficulties. There’s no way to track the quests either.
I think we have to wait for today’s patch
Well after today’s patch, I went from 35/35 side quests completed to 42/44. I have no way to find the remaining 2, nothing appears on any map in Nahantu.

Similar boat. I went from 35/35 to 43/44 and I’ve been running around Nahantu looking for ! with zero luck. At this point, Blizzard just needs to release a list of every quest and how/where to start it in Nahantu that we can check off.
if u already got the mount at the completion of all the sidequests in Nahantu, then it is more than likley that you have completed them all, as some that i had seen do not register as completed, i went from 34/35 (completed) to now 42/44
no its not a t lvl some of them are hidden drops or statues you click on do a search for hidden nahantu quests that may help
