Upon exiting Kyvashod out of the upper right exit you run into a distraught man with a side quest. The quest leads to a dungeon that requires interacting with 2 chain pulley systems. After interacting with both of them my game lost connection to the server and logged out. After I re-entered the game and talked to the man it let me finish the quest as if I completed the dungeon even though I was roughly only half way to two thirds of the way through it.
