Blizzard please considering adding Dark Shroud cooldown as affix on this new unique. It has + Non-Physical Damage, but for this item you cant really use imbues as you need to temper dark shroud cooldown on jewellery instead of imbue charges.
Not to mention it also has +move speed on evade which no one likes! Maybe this should be replaced with + dexterity instead…
Feel like no one will use this item over Tyraels especially since its been nerfed to 2 second immune instead of 3. If it had dark shroud cooldown and dexterity it would be a great item.
