The new mythic unique, with the plus 1 all passives does this mean that I will have all the passive powers even when it is not picked in the skill tree?
yes, by right it is. i got notice that the skill i didn’t pick but gained +1 from has the skill activated, with a small square icon displayed on the hud.
but (with a ‘but’ above would be bs), it could be bugged; an upcoming patch already mention this.
Yah its new BiS for chest I think. Just when you thought Tyrael meta was here to stay. The chest multiplied my damage by at least 5x to 10x. Getting so many extra passives is like gaining 25 extra levels. The all stats is also fantastic along with more life and resource gen. Its why Bac runes are so much.
Its also BiS for pvp as you gain stealth which is so unfair.
I think this chest is going to get nerfed. Way too good.
My guess is that it will only +1 passives you have a point into it.
Not sure if it is BIS over TM, but at low levels, like on an ALT that 164 to all skills makes you a GOD. 
This is the only mythic I have and it is on may ALT barb.
Its def BiS at least for Spiritborn. You dont need max resists or damage reduction from Tyrael with spiritborn. Shield covers all.
