Honestly, I genuinely love the mogs you have in the shop. But $25 USD (I am Canadian, so it’s a lot more for me) for a mog set? I am sorry but I cannot justify that.
$15 CAD, 100% you have my money. Without question. But it is all wildly over priced right now.
i rationalize by comparing with poe where 25usd(i thought it was 28 btw) wont even get you a complete set.

If I believe in one thing about the skillset of Activision Blizzard King it’s the fact that they probably have the best of the best economists money can get them to maximize their sales and income.
Supply and demand means they optimized the prices to maximize their income, they will probably add discount™ offers soon™ to grab whatever they didn’t get with the first cash grab, rinse repeat because the “product” they sell is virtually free (server costs and production fees for the skin designers are paid with retail game income for the next 200 years) and the demand will never be totally zero.
Selling skins for ABK games is a real life infinite money hack and if I can assure you ONE thing than it’s this.
I thought I might buy the occasional cosmetic item. But the options haven’t appealed to me. And these prices are just jaw dropping.

If that story doesn’t shock you, look at the Overwatch franchise.
Every time they emphasize that Diablo 4 is a LIVE SERVICE GAME it reminds me to NOT spend another cent on this, because it already sounds like a threat NOW to me as a HotS/OW player. They will psychologically manipulate people with the dirtiest tricks to try and get more money out of your pockets.
Game not fun to play? Just spend more, with the NEXT patch things will change…

The shop is great.
Look at Heroes of the Storm or Overwatch. Both of those games were updated with new content, for free, for years. I never had to pay a dime beyond my initial purchase of the game, because other people were happy to buy skins.
Long live the shop. I hope I get many years of free D4 content updates.
