Shop item first prestige set (necro) only glowing in shop, but not ingame

The first necromancer’s cosmetic prestige set has a nice blue cold glow over the shoulders and helmet in the store/shop.
Found it great because all the summoned skeletons have the same glowing blue/cold aura on their bodies by default.
Equipped in the game directly on the closet (transmog): It doesn’t work in game and the cold blue aura is not there. It works inside the closet most of the time and in the main menu / character selection screen. But not ingame.

EDIT:
Seems to be a shared world issue. In dungeons you can see the glowing armor effect. But not in town and not in the open world. → Shared world, where other player can see you.

Why would Blizzard hide the special prestige set effect in the shared world? There should be no real performance impact, when 5 of these “glowing” necromancer players are standing in town at the same time…

So you paid 28 Dollars - almost half the price of the game - for a skin almost nobody will see with hidden effects. Congratulations.

But honestly most people seeing it will probably just wonder why anyone would pay so much money for a skin.

Your assumption is wrong. I didn’t pay anything and I would never spend my money on something like that. I didn’t even buy the game myself. So you are wrong there as well. We don’t even have dollars as currency in this country. In any case, you should not work as a fortune teller, since that is obviously not your thing.

But let’s imagine for a moment that I bought the game. Then, unfortunately, your comment still doesn’t fit the topic.

This topic is to clarify that some items advertised by Blizzard in the store, apparently do not hold what they promise. At least at this point in time.
