Shop filter required

if you please add a filter for the shop?

I’d like tagging items I will never ever buy and hide them, because it hurts my eyes … sense of “good” taste.

on the other hand with the help of data analysis you get feedback about liked / disliked stuff independent from players payments / shop transactions.

No lewd no buy.

Simple as that

That’s already happening completely in the background… Try opening a skin over and over again… It’ll never disappear from the store, or else it’ll keep popping up every day.

I wanted to force a Hydra item into “sale” status… I clicked on it over and over every day… it never went on sale… but it also never disappeared from the store again.

Just like a class preference—you’ll primarily see what you play in the cross-class tabs.

All the skins look the same to me. Ugly! Just different color flames bursting from them. :face_vomiting:

Open a second tab on your browser and do your thing, mate.
Games don’t need horny unless it makes sense with the story…

Also, my new character.
I made a medieval fantasy Robin… Oi, DC, take notes…

My Barb wears a Gimp Suit and his title is Lilith’s Lover. Does that make sense with the story?

Then i’ll keep my money

But at least D4 devs have done ton of good stuff for several classes and the entire ”beauty in sin” stuff.

Nah, you do you.
If its your thing…

I just think doesn’t make much sense.
But its a me thing…
Like the guys from “The First Descendant”.
Super horny stuff in a shooter game. Why???

Also, talking about it… this reminds of Nexon and i heard some time ago Blizzard sent StarCraft to Nexon… Does this story still stands?

You should still be glad there are people helping you out financially—otherwise, your Diablo 4 would already be under threat from Microsoft’s financial hammer.

Yeah, the whole thing has become a bit paradoxical, but without an in-game store, I’d be pretty pessimistic about Diablo 4’s long-term future.

You can think whatever you want about all this nonsense, and there’s not much to sugarcoat here.

But even as someone opposed to the shop, there’s one thing you have to keep in mind.

Even within the company, Diablo 4 has to compete with cheap mobile games like Candy Crush and Immortal. These different game types aren’t friends… just because they come from the same company. If I can generate billions in revenue with mobile games with minimal effort… why would I ever take bigger risks with more complex games again?

Unfortunately, in-app store buyers are helping to finance your full-price game today.

Who careth the store in full price game.

Which means running around shirtless or in the one set of “Sin” kink gear on most male characters, since the majority of shop gear that shows skin.on female characters shows none on the male ones.

I’ve actually had the opposite happen a few times now, with things I clicked on magically being 80 percent off the next day.
I guess great minds think alike and happy hunting for sales!

I wish, but only Necro looks good in the basic underwear.

This is how my spiritborn looked for most of the season.

heh heh. I used to check out the shop, every day. That lasted for about a year. Then it went to weekly checks, monthly… and now… I never even think about it. The game went to sheit and with that my interest.

So, my shop filter has been applied! I just did not realize it until now. Wonderful.

A filter for WHERE???

Does anyone still use the “shop”???

IF Bliz got smart about shop they could double profits. Mini top 10.

  • Sell Storage [shut up other games do it!]
  • Alternate skill effects like black ice shards or blood whirlwind.
  • Themed mounts for classes like flying carpet for sorc
  • More armors with effects
  • More armors that pop
  • Weapons can now be recolored
  • Fortunate finds rotate more often
  • Tattoo section
  • Player housing
  • User interface skins like blood theme or frost scheme ect.

thy for your points, the constructive, funny and visionary!

I was aiming to focus on the extension of the shop user GUI, as bought items are filtered already. My idea was to extend the existing function to the users for filtering disliked items, too.

Now I got an idea of the minimum functionality and content the D4 shop has to offer and wonder why this additional source of revenue is neglected until today?

Could an investment into the ingame shop improvments cost too much compared to the expeted wins? What to expect as a gamer from Blizz / MS?

with bugger all being made available in shops, and every vendor in every town offering the same garbage, a filter for the vendor is a complete waste of time imho. Vendor needs to be dynamic on each visit, and each vendor having different items. This actually rewards shopping around. The current vendor system is GARBAGE.

yup, will buy each and every class’ chainmail bikini.
