Shop does not load

Following the new season update, I started getting an error when clicking the Shop button that says “Tejal encountered an error and is unable to make offers at this time.” Clicking “Explore Vessel of Hatred” on the loading screen gives the error: “There was an error loading, unable to make the offer at this time.”

I contacted support who suggested updating phone, email, and address information on Battle.Net, as well as removing all payment methods and readding. Additionally, I logged out of Battle.Net and uninstalled Diablo and Battle.Net and deleted Blizzard AppData folder(s). The issue persists.
