I’m at level 80, and I still haven’t been able to get the shockwave aspect. Is it that rare? Any tips to share with me?

the trick is to play another build i guess lol
game likes giving you the stuff for the builds youre not using.

Gamble off hands with obols. Pretty much all the important aspects can be gamble for on off hands.
I am level 92 I think I have seen ~10… and this is from a lot of way way way overtuned blood harvests dropping ~10 legendries at a time each time you summon the bosses.
