Hey,
I was just reading the new PTR patch notes and there is still no nerf for the Shatter Core Passive. Since Season 2 and the Abatoir of Zir and every season afterwards this passive dominated all Sorc Builds. So please for a better build diversity within in the class finally fix all the Bugs within this passive or completely get rid of it.

They are not fixing the bugs that plagues Sorc for years, but they tried with the mid-season patch to buff some Cold Builds only to make them worse in S7.

The nerf is in there. I saw it. It’s subtle.
There is no nerf, it was suppose bug fix in S5. Apparently the bug fix is not working, Blizzard will quietly improve their code, they will not announce their error.
Yeah shatter has to go. Suggest the hell out of it on PTR.
