World Tier 4, Solo, I summoned him. Etc. Didn’t drop Shards of Agony.
I am level 68. Perhaps there could be a bug with not being level 70+ ?
No, you’re just unlucky. There is no 100% chance to get the mat.
I think they just hotfixed it so only your mats drop the shard. Not sure if all bosses are this way now
Just have to kill him a couple of times eventually it will. Didn’t drop on my first either.
I did a 3x rota with 4 person team. The shard only ever dropped when we used our own materials.
I realize dead post, but I was having the issue of no drops until I hit level 80
