It appears that no shapeshift/werewolf damage increases are actually applying from gear or the glyph…
I’ve noticed that too. There’s been several reports of it in the bug forums.
I’ve been testing this on uber lilith and the glyph seems broken. The damage is the same whether or not you have it on.
Edit I’ve concluded that even fulminate is not working either. Not sure if it’s because I’m using a stormclaw build or what.
I feel like Wild Impulses only adds to spirit cost and not damage too.
