Ive heard from a little bird that no blizz is not going to be doing a server rollback with this patch and yes people will be keeping their shakos but the drop rate is likely changing for the uber uniques and imo this is a chicken !$@! way of dealing with the issue but it hurts no one and attempts to save face. im interested in how they deal with the outstanding problem of sorceror and barb only having the 2 unique helms on loot table thats the tricky one

That is the best way to fix it. Because the drops were obviously broken before and needed fixed anyway. Rare drops like that for games you play for years not 3 months.
The whole smart-loot system is what keeps players from getting the uber-uniques. It needs a nerf!

As a person with multiple trust me bro friends in major gaming studio’s. They never say specific planned stuff. Most I ever get is “yeah something is planned” or “news soon”.
i think thats the best way to do it - people who got it are happy and people who didnt get hit are happy aswell
