without question Perdition, that 60%x is just to powerful to compete with, also it solves crit cap and the lucky hit helps with CDR assuming decrepify is being used to some degree.
In all honesty Predition needs a huge nerf so people pick it for something other then the 60%x multiplier.
Right now it beats 7 skeletal warrior mastery on a legendary along with beating shako too.
