Lol barbs have zero issues with resource gen. Where are these barbs saying this?
I really don’t understand why they gate shako with a level. You can’t trade it, so if you find it, why not let a new level 1 run around with a shako on to feel over powered? I think OP would agree that level 1 with shako would feel quite powerful for the content and not be ‘overrated’.

Are you talking about seasonal Barbs? Because I don’t use seasonal content as benchmark for anything.
Skill ranks are mathematically the best way to scale your damage. That’s not an opinion.
With sako, managed to get my ball lightning up to lvl 16… sorc is absolutely broken now
With it being D4 that would be more like the special olympics. This game is straight up trash.
