As of 7/25/2023 The Shadowblight key passive currently seems broken. For one, there’s no indicator that pops up for procs of the key passive. IF you put on “Blighted Aspect” you can sometimes get a stack to show up but it’s hit or miss between the different shadow skills. Blight never seems to proc it. Sever is like 1/5 times maybe. Decompose seems to proc it 50% of the time. Reap seems to be like 1/5 times. Blighted corpse explosion seems completely random. I know in 1.1.0 they " * Fixed an issue where the Necromancer’s Shadow Mages weren’t applying extra shadow damage through the Shadowblight Key Passive." Shadow mages still don’t count as blighted aspect stacks so are they even working with Shadowblight? I think whatever was “fixed” made it even worse.
