Yesterday my shadow imbuement was reducing its cooldowns and today it isnt. Its making my gameplay almost impossible
Same for me, I play both Shadow and poison imbuement I got 0 cd reduction by twisting blades too I think it’s today’s bug
Probably because they “hotfixed” Twisting Blades and it seems there is a bug since it is either giving 0 CDR or only 0.1s for first enemy hit, not for all enemies it went through.
Not sure how blizzard works with bug reports, already created this one Twisting Blades modifier CD reset bug
