Shadow Clone triggers known Dance of Knives Bug at full charges

When cast at any number of Dance of Knives stacks remaining, Shadow Clone triggers the known bug as listed below repeatedly when used with the skill.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Equip Both Shadow Clone and Dance of Knives.
  2. Cast Shadow Clone
  3. Cast Dance of Knives immediately after
  4. Note that Dance of Knives will stop at 4 charges remaining and go on cooldown as if out of charges.

I noticed this occurring when my bossing combo is Shadow Clone then Smoke Bomb into Dance of Knives, which seems to have a high rate of causing this bug.
