Season 2 till now it’s the best moment to play diablo 4, very fun season and nice experience overall, still there might be better of course but the team is doing well… But.
Shaco is too easy to obtain, i got mine, 2 of my friends got theirs in they second Duriel and looks like everybody is getting theirs too. It is true that in pre-season and season 1 was ridiculously hard to get your Uber unique, but now it’s just too easy. For generations these kinds of items have been a real achievement when you get them but now with so many drops, they feel like any other drop. I think in this way Diablo 2 did it right, where it is difficult to get it but not impossible, i think D4 team should follow that same path… Make it count!

For the record I got more Shakos in D2 then D4 so far, but I also played D2 a lot longer, so to be expected.

If you think it was too easy, you always have the option to simply salvage or sell it to an npc and keep farming for another one. Keep repeating the salvage or selling until you have the feeling you finally deserve it after the hard grind.

I for one never wanted ubers to be easily obtainable
I also liked the idea of level 100 taking effort
I liked overworld scaling and lower damage numbers
The game at launch was great, just lacking some activities end game.
Now it’s just loot piñata bs like d3 and poe

I’m more of the mind that there should be less uber uniques and all of them should be universal. Class specific uber uniques should be turned into normal uniques in my opinion. The drop rates never bothered me before, and they don’t bother me now. I never quite understood the reason to keep so many items behind horrible RNG. 3-5 uber uniques is all we need honestly.
I will say I do enjoy the fact we can target farm uniques with the possibility of Uber Uniques. Can actually see certain builds come to life with more options at end game. Older games just had you mindlessly grind everything for the sake of grinding. Don’t honestly think they really thought it through back then. Made sense at the time, but games have evolved beyond that, so have gamers for that matter.

All set with those shenanigans and loot deprivation that game offers.
Never fixed botting or de-incentivized Robots by actually making drops non-lotto reasonable.
D2R failed big in 1 regard as well(2 actually) 1. They should have set the baseline game /players 3 so HUMANS could enjoy the content and 2. Secured the damn game vs bots and dupes.

Actually for me was a greater moment by adquiring andariel rather than shako.
that or blizzard just set the rules for the game and let the people who want to cry… well cry =P
Until Jan 23 when your seasonal character returns to the eternal realm and you never think about that Shaco again as you restart your grind over.
They can always add more “Uber Uniques” and just turn the current ones into normal content drops to provide some kind of rare chase items in the future should they want to.

I’d consider yourself lucky not that it’s too easy. There’s threads with people running hundreds and getting either no Uber at all or something less than the apparent 2% drop rate for one…even less for Shako perhaps.
It’s random and at this point I certainly don’t think they should make it ‘harder’ to get one.
If anything…it would be nice if the Bosses didn’t seemingly drop the same non-Uber Uniques all the time and dropped a better variety of what is on their loot table between class-specific and generic Uniques.
