Server Slam rewards

Hello everyone

I got a general email from Blizzard but nothing about the beta wolf pack and cry of Ashava mount trophy.

Title: “You Shattered Expectations During the Diablo IV Server Slam, diablo007!”

My necromancer reached level 20, I entered the town of Kyovashad and killed Ashava in level 20 twice during the event.

The Server Slam was the only beta that I actually played and met the rewards requirements. I purchased the game before the Server Slam.

I hope to see the cosmetic items at the launch of the game. :slight_smile:

Yeh I did the first two betas to 25 and the server slam to 20 and killed ashava mine weren’t listed either lol. Just put in a support ticket on the main blizzard site

When you killed Ashava did the achievement pop up on your screen in game? You should be fine. I got the email too and it doesn’t say anything about the kill.

Where are you getting the idea from that they would send an email with info on you getting the rewards or not.?

Did you need to buy the game before server slam to earn rewards ?

You got a feat of strength added when you killed ashava. You will have it not to worry.

I saw a picture of someone who received the same email and the achievements were attached below:

Early voyager and the beta wolf pack.

I don’t really know how it works but I am also updated through the website “Reddit”.

I think it’s better to wait for the game.

I got the email yesterday regarding server slam rewards.

I don’t think it matters when you buy the game, they rely on the account you played from and the specific achievements in the Server Slam.

I got the email about the wolf pack and the server slam these were just general blizzard news letter emails they sent out at the completion of both the beta and the server slam.

Is it possible that it depends on the player’s time zone?

Have no idea. Guess is totally random. Probably they are sending in batches.

It is nice accent to get this mail. It did not contain confirmation on Ashawa kill but worry not. We will receive what was promised.

As long you have all the feats of strenght from the beta events you are golden. Made sure to check for myself.

Mine was in the Promotions tab of my gmail box. Check there. You also need to have your Battlenet account communications options set up to get marketing info.

Head here to account settings then Privacy and Communications.

Towards the bottom you will see the option for News and Special offers. Opt in to that.

Just confirming that no, you don’t need to buy it first. The Beta rewards are saved to your Battlenet account as Feats of Strength Achievements. As long as you buy the game on that same Battlenet account, you will have access to the rewards. Does not matter when you buy the game.

It might help reading the blog. People will receive the rewards at launch.

“We’ve also reanimated rewards from our Early Access and Open Beta weekends, giving players another chance at earning these tokens of valor by spilling demon blood. Players who unlock these rewards will receive them once Diablo IV launches.”

I already opt in to that, I only received a thank you email from previous beta and server slam. I reached lvl 25 on previous beta, reached lvl 20 on server slam and killed ashava. I hope I received the Beta wolf pack and the mount trophy.

If you met the requirements then you should have gotten the Achievements, even if you did not notice the text pop up at the time. It was easy to miss. I had to go back and check it myself in my own Achievements to verify it did pop.
