So u nerf some classes based on the previous betas which capped at level 25.
Proof is u back tracked the nerfs mid beta for necs minions which it was needed.
Then u cap us at level 20 which does not give classes their ultimate which some classes relied on it for its dps.
Then u mad ashava level 25 which in world t2 was basically immpossible unless u were geared and buffed. World t1 was fine too easy.
This company has yet been able to balance any of theor games none 0. There is always a fotm class. So to appease the whiners u nerf bat a grandslam to necs and nerfed sorc as well. Yes they needed some tweaks but dam at least drop it 10 percent wait till season starts. This way ubhave almost a month to get the numbers to start balancing on numbers from end game.
Yet again a huge fail cause u once again proved u all are clueless on how to balance a game.
how about working on some proper spelling and sentence structure before coming here. Just saying i think school might serve you well, better than gaming has it seems.
Necros were too powerful last beta. Sorcs too. Nerfs were needed. When they realized how badly they screwed up the Necro they fixed it during this test, that was above and beyond what I expected. Both Necro and Sorc are in a great place now. Drops seem better. Ashava was difficult and I loved it. My only complaint is that Ashava won’t be nearly as difficult when the game releases because it won’t be 5 levels above us.
Yea ok indid it on world t2 2 times with all 20s and got him down to 30 percent. World t1 was easy. How u did it not sure. I find it hard to believe u did it with people that was not fully buffed and decked out in legends. Specially when over 75 to 85 percent had issues on world t2 hence is y they gave the horn to everuome that participiyated in an ashava fight.
I know they needed nerfed hence re read my post but u dont nerf a grandslam on 2 betas with a lvl 25 cap.
U w8 till u start the 1st season gather the numbers to see what is needed to be balanced. U balance off of end game.
Its like balancing off of pvp for pve. Hence is y wow added pvp only stat to help but 15 uears later that game has never seen c
Balance on all classes.
They did give the horn to all who participated in an ashava fight. I beat ashava on world t1. Tried on world t2 2 times with all 20s both times and failed both times.
People that didn’t make it don’t understand basics in ARPGs like your weapon damage being the base for all your damage or the fact that sustained dps is what matters in boss fights like Ashava, favoring ranged characters that can do damage from a distance.
In the end of server slam when i finally was fully decked in gear i could have soloed Ashava easily if i wanted on World Tier 2 just like Wudijo did. I had 3 key Aspects for my build and a level20 Legendary 2H Greatsword.
Word of advice OP, if you want the devs to take you seriously you need to from coherent sentences. You also need to provide what bugs you experienced and actual feedback, not just a temper tantrum for not getting a useless cosmetic.
The purpose of the Server Slam was to encourage a LOT of people to log in and play during a short time period. They wanted a login rush and to test server loading/login queues, etc.
The cosmetic reward was a carrot to encourage said folks to log in so they could do the technical testing. Some earned the reward, some did not. It is a cosmetic and there will be other Mount trophies in the game in the coming years.
The Server Slam was successful in my opinion - in that it was to test server infrastructure and stability.
No login queues
No server crashes
No down time
Some rubberbanding and lag for some folks. Not sure how much is the game, how much is individual hardware, how much is individual network/ISP. With the Beta being US located folks logging in from far away may certainly have lag that won’t be there on release with more localized servers.
So yes, they achieved their goal on that. It was WAY better than the first two Beta events.
Class Balance, Mob buffs/nerfs, bug fixes are going to continue in patches for as long as the game exists. So those can be expected. Glad they reversed some of the Necro Nerf. You can expect a lot more adjustments between release and the start of Season 1.
