Server locations ping/ms questions?

Hey there, I noticed that my game is constantly running at like 150-300ms

I play on the east coast and i have zero issues with ping/ms in any other games, including wow, poe etc.

I noticed that i will randomly join areas and my latency goes to like 300, or i will start like a pit run and it will go down to like 150. Does anyone know if i can change/select prefer server locations or if there is any way to improve this issue?

That would be a sensible thing to have, but no, there is no regional selection available. The latency tonight is especially bad; I get randomly stuck, then find myself surrounded and thus body-blocked, unable to move or act.
