I bought the ultimate edition to join the early access but I keep getting “valid license Msg” after searching it says: the servers for the game are not up in your region yet! Please Fix this ASAP

We share the same server with Xbox and PC. It’s not the server that is down.
Their response was to avoid accountability by basically saying it was our fault for “trying to log in to early”. I guess pressing play when they say its live is too much to ask. Its a waste of $100. Some people are theorizing it has to do with linking PS account to an existing Battle Net account and that account not having the game bought, because why would you buy it twice.
I have the same case here my PS account is linked to battle net! Do you think this is the problem?
Change your PS password from the website. Sign out of your PS5. Reboot PS5. Sign back in and Diablo 4 will work. Just got in on my PS5
