I love having an $80 game that I can’t play because I disconnect every 3 minutes, even though I exceed all of the network and hardware requirements. Feels GREAT…

Agreed. Blizzard has about the worst business ethics and customer service in the business. I just want my refund and Im gone but Sony nor Blizzard will even do that.
