Yesterday after defeating the Realmwarker I entered the Seething Realm as usual.
Then, I went to the 2nd part when you normally see a few portals around before going on the main room.
I went inside on those portals and this is the first time I see this room with a big chest.
This chest had 3 different circular sigils and then I believe 9 sigils suddenly appeared on the floor in front on the chest.
I figured out this must be a puzzle and just needed to match the sigils while activating the ones on the floor somehow.
I tried different combinations with no luck. Stepping on each sigil activates and exploits destroying all the other sigils. Then, you wait and all the sigils populates again.
After 15 minutes trying to find the solution I just gave up.
Does anyone know how to solve this puzzle? 
If you mean the one that shows 3 sigils, you have to walk on them in order, from left to right.
So if the Grid shows something like
@ $ &
{ # ^
! ( *
You have { # ^ showing, you would hit { first, then #, then ^ last.

I’ve yet to see that one. But then again, I also tired of the realmwalker rather quickly. This is the most tediously boring seasonal mechanic yet.
Following your example. What happens if you have @, &, ( ?
I don’t remember if the symbols where next to each other.
I tried walking slow and at some point I was able to complete only one from the chest but as soon I step on the second one boom!!!
My mercenary did not help either following me and stepping on the sigils.
Hit @ walk around to & then walk around to (
Although from what I’ve seen, the few times I’ve done it, it almost always involves walking from one to another in sequence rather then having to walk around the grid. Did not realize the mercenaries would trigger the sigils on the ground though, that definitely needs to be fixed.

Once you step on the floor sigil that matches the one on the short wall, run when it starts to detonate and, this is important, do not get hit by the blast! If you do, it resets.

I did that several times with no problem matching the first sigil.
After going on the second sigil boom! Every time.
I’m start to think this puzzle was broken somehow.

I don’t like any of the puzzle rooms. I don’t play diablo to light fires in a specific order or step on stones in a specific order. I just skip those
