Seemingly random audio stuttering Win 11

Seems to occur during large salvage transactions mostly, but other occurrences include:

  • Busy fights, multiple simultaneous skill usages
  • Transitions to/from instances
  • Mounting/Dismounting
  • Character voice audio (I can’t do that, I must wait, etc) during travel, fights, etc.

Anyone else experience this? Any workaround?
AMD RYZEN 7 5800X 8C/16T 4.7GHz
NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB
ASROCK X570 EXTREME 4 onboard sound card
32GB 3600Mhz RAM

Edit to clarify, have checked all drivers (including win/audio/video/mb/etc
Have scoured forums/reddit/MS guides, nothing.
Have tried several fixes listed in forums, including bnet launcher browser hardware acceleration, switching devices, and running audio through Focusrite interface that I use. Nada.

Would probably help if you told us what sound device you are using and if you’ve updated the drivers if ever, and why do you have two GPU’s listed?

updated. Pulled the order from the pc builder, they had it listed incorrectly.
I have onboard sound, so MoBo is listed.
Tried various fixes, probably easier to list the ones I haven’t tried, tbh.
