well titles pretty much says it all but I am level 55 and it still says the ashes are locked and that I am not level 53 and an option to buy it.
Also this. I am 56 and it wont let me take the ashes although it clearly says reach level 55 with a seasonal character.
Just realized how old this post was. My example is occurring in S2 season of blood
Happening to me. I bought the pass after I was the level needed to unlock the ash.
