I am one of those people in D4 who prefer to farm mythic unique crafting mats instead of killing bosses for them. I’ve done this the last 2 seasons.
My personal feedback would be to attach the reward track somehow to exp or character level, or just make them line up somehow.
It feels a lot better when you have a clear understanding of when you’ll get the last reward… I’ll try and explain.
This season I pretty much know I’ll finish the reward track in the level 90s, but almost certainly before I hit level 100, which is perfect.
When there was a exp boost, I was hitting level 100 way before I’d finish the seasonal rewards on my alts, and honestly it kind of annoyed me because I couldn’t tell my seasonal reward track progress without going to the vendor.
Also, a few weeks into the season most of the rewards from the seasonal track (aside from the last three item level 925 rewards) are a lot less useful. Not sure how this can be adjusted, maybe the option of taking gold or mats like Infernal hordes.
Regardless, I hope these seasonal tracks that give sparks to craft mythic uniques becomes a permanent seasonal feature with minor adjusts to make them feel fresh or up the fun factor.
