The season journey Destroyer objective “Visions of Pain” requires completing an escalating nightmare dungeon in less than 10 minutes. I have done so four times (over several days and after restart of the game) without completing the objective. On each of two of these events one of my party members did complete the objective. I can identify no reason that my objective did not complete. We tried making me party leader and I opened each of the portals, but those factors did not succeed.

Same issue after approximately 20 runs, the objective will not complete.
Also having this issue. Ran it with a friend and they received credit while I did not.
ran the escalating nightmare (t4) 4 times, tried as leader, as member, relogged in, made sur eto click all the portals, dont click any, and nothing! still cant get this update!
Same tried solo first thought while I did this solo and thought I did under 10 min it did not trigger completion for me. Maybe I still was to slow I thought did this in group we 100% was under 10 min. Did not trigger.
Sucks because it’s the second to last I need for full completion of seasonal journey

Yup, same issue. Other party members did receive the completion and so we tried a few more times. Also did solo. Unquestionably under 10 minutes. Sigh.
Same problem here. It completed for a party member. I am host and even using my escalation sigil I am not getting credit… Beastmaster’s Bane also refuses to complete, so I cannot finish the Destroyer chapter and I am out of a resplendent spark this way.
I finally got completion. So I guess it was a skill issue. I set a timer. 10 min is faster than you think

I had the same issue until i realized i was completing the dungeons on characters that did not complete the season quest line. (not just collecting all the chests and un-ocking the strongrooms, but finishing the story quests)
How I know this: I have 4 characters, and my starter character is the one that did the entire questline while other 3 didn’t. (they only got far enough to unlock the strong rooms). Then I decided to try it on the starting character and it worked.
Also, dying doesn’t matter. Either complete the quest line or maybe complete it far enough where you kill Astaroth? Anyway, that’s the answer.

Maybe key user’s quest progress needs to be past this point as well? I can’t get the clear on my second character, who hadn’t completed the seasonal quest like up to “The Truths That Lie Within” until today. Ran escalating in ~8 minutes and still didn’t get the clear.
That’s what makes me question key user status. I was the party leader… I ran about 5 in a row yesterday with my wife and random party members. She got the challenge clear and I didn’t. Now I’ve progressed the season quest on this character so we’ll see if I can get it. Still seems bugged/random to me.
