There’s no proof that they’re looking at anything from any evidence of a response.
Be sure you’re not thinking the things that drop w/ the meteors are commanders. Usually it’s just a stronger mob. If it doesn’t say Commander in the name bar, it won’t count.

Same here, did 4 runs with a minimum of 14 chests each today and I also have not gotten credit for it. Lootmaster “Open 10 Tourtured Gifts during a singel Helltide in IV Torument”
Same here in S3. Did twice with opening over 10 chests each but the Lootmaster was still 0/1.
