Potent Vows - Equip a piece of armor with 5 pacts engraved on it
Fully Avowed - Possess 20 total pacts across all armor at once
I currently have 5 ferocity, 10 divinity and 5 eternity across my gear and I have done everything I can think of to get these to complete but nothing works.
It’s been like this for weeks and stupidly I thought maybe the patch today would fix it but nope, still broken.
Still broken with no ETA on fix.
I think it’s only on PC because I have a Clan member that is on Console, and they have it completed.
I have a friend on pc who has it completed. Does it prove anything?
same issue, can’t get the 100% because of potent vows …
Also there are issues on PS5 so it is 100% not pc only issue.
Still bugged for me as well, kind of annoying.
I think anyone who got any of the “pact” seasonal objectives (Potent Vows, In Agreement, or Fully Avowed) right at the start when progress was bugged for everyone will have issues. I have Potent Vows bugged but not In Agreement or Fully Avowed because I got those after the progress bug was patched.
It feels like our characters are flagged for completing them though because I can’t get Potent Vows even on a brand new character.
I think you’re right, Urzak. I have the exact issue with only Potent Vows not unlocked (everything else is). Also tried on a new character - no joy.

it is very annoying, additionally because I expected the new patch to fix it and it still hasn’t with no additional information from the devs… I’d at least be less weary if they acknowledge and showed they are at least aware of the issue and are trying to fix
The only thing support says that it is looked into and that they read the forums for the info.
So info about flagging acount for completion before the patch is hopefully going to help.
I would be fine TBH if the progress on bugged ones would be just resetted. I can do it again and complete. No hard feelings that I have to do that again.

TBH I would be fine even with the reset of bugged tasks.
IMO it should be rather easy to track. Just sort by completion date/time on server side. Wipe all which were done before X date to retrigger it in the game.
I got this today on the PC using all the same pack. I had different packs to begin with and did not get it, then changed all to the same pack and immediately got it.
Just a bump, as I also have this issue. I think the theory presented above is a pretty good one for what might be happening.
I dont have any of them and they are the only ones i need to be 100 percent on those there chapters and its getting annoying.
