Yep. I’ve just stopped playing until that is sorted, just in case it makes us redo what we have already done to get the season quests and so on counted.

Same issue here I used my accelerated pass and my wife bought a pass neither one of them have a claim button on anything. Would it be too much to ask for compensation?

Met the vampire dude, defeated his minions, quest objective says “tell the hunter”, hunter is nowhere to be found. Alongside no quest marker whatsoever.
