Since the new patch, my existing characters no longer have the season tier progression listed in quest logs nor displayed in the UI. I would have to teleport to the town that has the reputation board to see how far along I am.
EDIT: It also happens for newer characters, specifically the season progression for rep. After reaching a rep for the season quest, only its notifications appear.
