The recurring statement made by developers this time was they are trying to keep a diversity in content BUT what I don’t see getting any love is Undercity.
- Keys for Undercity need to be added to the Key crafter with % chance of legendary/unique keys.
- The keys that garenteed Ancestral need to guarantee at least 1 ancestral with an affix chosen (i.e + skill ranks)
This will give people a way to rarely but reliably farm gear they need.

Tbh we get plenty of Undercity keys. I have hundreds left over from season 7, already 20+ just for Obducites alone.
The issue I have with the Undercity is how repetitive it is. Only 3 possible layouts that all look fairly similar. I would rather farm nightmare dungeons than going there.
Btw if you want more keys, they often drop from whisper caches and world bosses.
The reason we had a plethora of keys this season was because it was the season of the Whispers. Normally we wont want to gouge our eyes out to farm content specifically for that. we get key dust from lots of places just add the key to the Key maker and its a huge QOL
You do realize this is exactly what D4 leadership does NOT want. This would undo all the cheap gimmicks to keep you playing longer when it comes to the (lack of) loot chase.
Its still going to be a chase, because it may not be GA’d on that item, it may not have the rolls you need. youll have to go back buy more keys cycle through, farm dust, make more ect ect.
