As per title, Season 7 Barb visual problem/bug. In brief, I am unable to use the Right Joystick to scroll down when looking at a specific skill description for those skills that are assigned to my skill bar. This precludes me from seeing which particular weapon type I am trying to assign to the desired skill (i.e., arsenal assignment). Note that I am also unable to scroll down to read a skill’s description when looking at it from the skill tree as well.
My controller is functional.
