Season 6 post mid season Pulverize druid leveling and endgame feedback

I made a new seasonal post mid season patch. The leveling experience was just painful. Around level 25 I got enough aspects that the druid because tolerable but really did not start to be any fun until level 40+.

Hitting for 5-10 points in the start just sucks and you stay that weak for far to long. I know I’m beating a dead horse here but come on blizzard you need to fix this.

OK but how is the endgame?? Well after I loaded my character up with the right mythics and mediocre gear in the rest of the spots the pulverize druid now hits like a monster truck.

Not using any exploits I can hit for over a BILLION damage!

The problem is the other thing that is wrong with pulverize druid the big hits only happen on the rare overpower. Also I can only hit for a billion if I use a rune that dumps my resource pool.

My overall take on druid is level is still awful. Non-Overpower damage is WAAAYYYY too low to make pulverize fun.

I mean Overpower is way overtuned this season. It needs to be brought down with base attacks/crits brought up. All the top builds are essentially overpower builds due to how they didn’t adjust scaling.

They need to bring the Hunter Zenith timer down to 20 seconds.

Once they adjust overpower, totally. No way am I taking maul to mix into my Shreds. But I would rather they increase Druid overall power than make Shred rely on Overpower. Also if amulet crafting was a thing, that would be great. I’m using a Banished Lord cause haven’t found a single good passive amulet.

i haven’t found one amulet with either quickshift or envenom. Although I was able to enchant 2. Only use it on my werenado build

Final update:
I think if I maxed my paragon and had best in slot items I could do Pit level 100 but not a level higher. Here is the real problem with pulverize druid. With 99% of the damage being from overpower anything with a timer is a huge problem. Pits are pretty bad because the boss fights take so long the boss will do their summons over and over and even if you can dodge them all it just take too long.

The undercity is also a good example of what pulverize is horrible at.

Please either give Pulverize druid a way to overpower most of the time or buff the hell out of the rest of our damage.

Luckily Obsidian Slam for PTR looks like a move in the right direction here.

Druid has 3 forms, bear, wolf human and they have no idea what to do with them.

Human doesn’t get enough damage.

Bear is either pulverize or a caster.

Wolf is usually a caster.

Druid uniques are meh or pigeonhole your spec and aspects give you utility other classes already have.

Why is this so hard to balance?

That is the only thing that will save Pulverize. I wanted to much to play it, and I was able to play it into torment3 comfortable, but T4 was just not enough damage. I switched to hurricane boulder. Does way more damage, but I am still figuring it out.
